HIVE OF INDUSTRY

Commissioned by Inner West Council, HIVE OF INDUSTRY saw Legs On The Wall at the heart of celebrations to reopen the extraordinary White Bar Power Station as a site for culture and performance.

Anna Mc Culla and Remy Rochester flew across the Boiler House, counterweighted by Johnas Liu, Bryon Cleasby and David Jackson.

Created by Joshua Thomson to respond to the industrial heritage of the space, the performance was a highlight of “Lights On” the reopening of the Power Station and the 24th Biennale of Sydney, EDGE Inner West, showcasing local artistry over two Saturdays powered by Inner West Council, and Power Up Festival, presented by Placemaking NSW.
